8 Days vegan strong - Franc

I'll let Betty review the items we ate today. I wanted to focus a little more on some of the things I'm reading about being vegan. As a newcomer to this lifestyle, I really didn't know much about the health benefits of eating only plant based foods. Of course it's a nice not to harm animals for our food, but I just didn't realize that being vegan has a host of many other benefits. I found a helpful blog which touched on some of these items. Check it out. I think you'll be really surprised to learn how being vegan can lower your cholesterol, lessens your fat intake and help fend off certain types of cancers and other diseases.
