We just bought a box of
Toffutti Cuties. They are mini
non-dairy ice cream sandwiches
if you havent tried them you MUST! OMG :-)
~ Betty's B T A ( Bacon kinda, Tomato, Avocado)
So I had a really nice looking tomato and it made me hungry for a BLT. Instead, I made a BTA, hey why not? We have a fabulous local bakery so I picked up some buns, fresh tomato, Avocado, Veganaise and some non bacon bits and Voila' the perfect lunch for Franc and I.
Now that is a good lunch ,
